Your Ayoka Jewellery will be delivered using an express trackable service, and will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that for all made to order items, delivery can take 6 to 8 weeks to allow time for making, quality control and hallmarking of each piece.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your order tracking information.
UK express delivery - Royal Mail
Europe express delivery (Inside EU) – DHL
International express delivery (Outside of EU) - DHL
Free express delivery to the UK on orders over £100 or flat rate of £7.95.
Once processed, orders are dispatched for express delivery via Royal Mail.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING - Temporarily Unavailable
Free express delivery on orders over £200 or flat rate of £15.
Once processed, all European orders are dispatched with a secure tracked service via DHL.
Free international express delivery on orders over £200 or flat rate of £30.
Once processed, all international orders are dispatched with a secure tracked service via DHL.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and taxes. Customs charges vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to advise on what these charges may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with us. Please note that Ayoka Jewellery cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.
Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is because all orders require a signature at delivery.
Do I need to sign for my Parcel?
All Ayoka Jewellery deliveries will require a signature on delivery. You will be sent tracking information for your orders.
We accept returns that are sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the pouch included. Items not eligible for return are earrings, sale items, made to order items, engraved and customised pieces - unless they arrive damaged.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us at email@example.com first, and we will let you know where to send your returns to. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.
