How do I contact customer service?

What are your returns and exchanges policy?

We accept returns that are sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the pouch included.


If you would like to make a return, please contact us at care@ayokajewellery.co.uk first, and we will let you know where to send your returns to. If you would like to exchange an item for another style of the same price, please contact our customer service at care@ayokajewellery.co.uk . 


Items not eligible for return are earrings, sale items, made to order items, engraved and customised pieces - unless they arrive damaged. If you purchase a ring in the sale and it is the wrong size, we will gladly accept an exchange if we have alternative sizes available.
We accept exchanges on items that are sent back to us within 14 days of your initial purchase. All items must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with the pouch included.

 
Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, including your shipping address, or cancel it, please email us at care@ayokajewellery.co.uk within one hour of placing the order and we will change any details we can.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard and American Express. If you have ordered a pre-order item or a made to order item, payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

Klarna

We also offer Pay Later in 3 Instalments using Klarna. Payments are made to Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

In order to offer you Klarna’s Pay Later in 3 Instalments, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their Pay Later in 3 Instalments and to tailor the payment method for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

How does it work? Simple. Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Ayoka Jewellery, and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You will receive and email with your statement/ payment information, and you will be able to monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app at any time.

Please be aware of the following:

- To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. This payment method is subject to your financial circumstances.

- Klarna may run soft credit searches that do not affect credit scoring.

- If you want cancel or return an order, as soon as Ayoka Jewellery have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. Your return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

- What happens if you fail to make payment for your order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Ayoka Jewellery from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in
Klarna app at your convenience. Please note, your credit score may be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product if you have failed to pay on time.

What happens if my jewellery is faulty?

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery. Please contact us at care@ayokajewellery.co.uk and have your faulty item returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

What materials are your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery are made of recycled sterling silver, solid gold or gold vermeil. Please check the individual product page for more details, or our Care & Materials page.

How do I care for my jewellery?

We recommend your jewellery be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Remove your pieces while exercising, bathing or swimming, and while putting on perfume and lotion. Make sure they are carefully stored, either in your Ayoka jewellery box or pouch.

How do I know what ring size I am?

The easiest way would be to measure the inside of an existing ring you own. Once you have that size in millimetres, please check our Ring Size Guide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! All international orders will be sent using a tracked service via DHL. 

Please note with the U.K recently leaving the EU, we will temporarily stop shipping to Europe. Unfortunately, there are ongoing changes taking place in customs until further notice. We will resume shipping to Europe as soon as we have more information.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and taxes. Please note that Ayoka Jewellery cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.

Do I need to pay duties on my order?

Possibly. If you are placing an order outside of the UK, you may be asked to pay additional fees to cover any costs associated with importing goods to your country. Please note that Ayoka Jewellery cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.
